What is a person?
Is a person a legal term?
A corporation is a person
A set of cells is a person.
A nation is a person
The constitution said "All Men" were like persons, but it meant some were not, as well as women, landless, poor, slaves, and indigenous non-persons.
That was corrected or amended as differentiating between those nonpersons and persons became, if not cumbersome, more difficult.

Who is not a person?
A palestinian isnt a person.
A queer is not a person.
Dependent on where you are in the world and who you are, you may or may not be a person.

Who creates personhood?
The supreme court creates.
The congress creates
The scientific community creates.
The religious communities create
You create.

Christians point to the declaration of independence as a reference to america being "one nation under god", perhaps but are we governed by god? Is god a person?
Does god have a personality?
Does a corporation? A nation?
Some persons claim god speaks through them and we should listen to them.
What does god say about who is a person?
He doesnt, but some other person will inform you what god told him about it.

A person (she, he, me, it) is one who has universal human rights. Or is it or does it? No one knows. So, just take your rights wherever you are.

It seems like it took forever. Finally laying to rest the notion I had something to do to the conversation. I couldn't imagine the final chapter, the one where everybody died or only the bad ones, glorifying good over and over again. This is the story of how that happened. It was 2025. It's not that we disagree, it's what we want done about it. Let's take the example of an anti abortionist feminist and a freedom of choice feminist. What's the difference? Being anti-war is alot like being. Anti-gun. I'm not against guns just because i don't want a gun pointed at me, murder me, or anyone else but because i know using any kind of violence is the least moral, socially responsible part of my humanity.   When i want to resolve a dispute, a disagreement, i do not want to resolve anything with a gun or any violence.   As a gun owner, you have more rights (and privileges) than any unarmed citizen.
